1) System Adminstration – Your vps includes 2 (two) full hours of free system administration service each month. This may be applied to any changes, updates, or any system adminstrator task you want done. Service record in 15 min intervals and regular support rates of $75/hr apply after you have used your free time.
2) O/S installs – We will install the initial OS, Control panel, and related server wide services. OS re-installs will cost a one time fee of $15. It takes time and work to reinstall our custom setups.
3) Server Updates – We will only update software and applications that affect the entire vps and OS. For example, if you would like a new module added to Apache for your vps. What we will not cover are script installs that are just for one site such as installing a blog or forum.
4) Security – We provide you an initially hardened and secure environment by installing various tools by request. Some things may not be compatible with your OS choice and custom setup. Please ask support about your particular wishes.
